1. General Provisions

1.1. This agreement is a public offer of LLC "Katch Brand" (hereinafter referred to as Seller) to conclude a retail sale agreement of goods through the online store https://katchbrand.com (hereinafter referred to as Site).

1.2. Placing an order on the Site means full and unconditional acceptance of the buyer (hereinafter referred to as Buyer) of the terms of the offer.
1.3. Acceptance of the offer is considered completed from the moment of order payment. 

1.4. The Seller conducts online trading only. Offline stores and pickup points are not available.

2. Terms

• Online Store – the Site https://katchbrand.com, through which the Seller sells goods.
• Goods – clothing and related products presented on the Site.
• Order – an application for the purchase of Goods placed by the Buyer through the Site.
• Acceptance of the Offer – confirmation of agreement with the terms of the contract by placing an Order.

CDEK – a transport company that delivers Orders.

3. Order Placement Procedure

3.1. The Buyer:

• Selects Goods on the Site;
• Provides contact details (full name, phone, email);
• Chooses a delivery method (by CDEK courier or pickup from CDEK PVP).
  3.2. The order is considered placed after:
• Payment for the Goods (by card or FPS);
• Order confirmation by the Seller's manager (by email or SMS).

4. Payment

4.1. Available payment methods:

• By bank card (Visa/Mastercard/MIR) through acquiring Bank Tochka;
• Fast Payment System (FPS) via QR code.
  4.2. Other methods (transfers to account, cash) are not accepted.
  4.3. Goods are reserved only after 100% prepayment.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery is carried out only through CDEK:

• By courier to the specified address;
• Pickup from CDEK PVP.
  5.2. Delivery times are approximate and depend on the region.
  5.3. If the Buyer refuses to receive the Order:
• The goods are returned to the Seller's warehouse;
• Delivery and return costs are deducted from the refund amount.

6. Return and Exchange

6.1. Return of Goods of proper quality:

• Period: 7 days from the date of receipt (Article 26.1 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law);
• Conditions: preservation of packaging, tags, absence of signs of use.
  6.2. Return of Goods of improper quality:
• Quality check is carried out by the Seller;
• Refund – within 10 working days.
  6.3. Goods not subject to return:
• Individually manufactured (e.g., with personal design).

7. Responsibility

7.1. The Seller is not responsible for:

• Delivery delays due to CDEK's fault;
• Incorrect contact details provided by the Buyer.
  7.2. The Buyer is obliged to:
• Check the Goods upon receipt;
• Report damages within 24 hours.

8. Personal Data

8.1. By placing an Order, the Buyer agrees to the Privacy Policy (posted on the Site).
8.2. Data is used exclusively for:

• Order processing and delivery;
• Informing about the Order status.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. The offer comes into force from the moment of publication on the Site.
10.2. The Seller has the right to make changes to the offer. The new edition is effective from the day of its posting.

Appendix: Pre-order Instructions

1. Goods marked "Pre-order" are not in stock.
2. To place a pre-order:

• Make 100% prepayment;
• Provide contact details for notifications.

1. When the Goods arrive at the warehouse:

• You will receive a notification;
• The goods will be shipped within 1-3 working days from the moment of receiving the Notification.

1. Pre-order cancellation: possible until the moment the Buyer receives the notification.
